Each guest bedroom is equipped with a private en-suite bathroom for convenience and privacy. The bathrooms feature modern fixtures, including showers along with complimentary toiletries and plush towels.

Family Room

Ideal for families, our family rooms offer ample space and comfort. These rooms typically include a combination of double and single beds, accommodating parents and children. Checkin & Checkout

Check-in Policy:

    • Standard Check-in Time: Guests can check in from 3:00 PM onwards.
    • Early Check-in: If guests arrive earlier, we’ll do our best to accommodate them, but it’s subject to room availability.
    • Identification: Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card) during check-in.
    • Reservation Confirmation: Guests should provide their reservation confirmation details (booking reference or email) for a seamless check-in process.
    • Payment: Full payment for the stay is required at check-in. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
    • Guest Registration: We’ll collect necessary information for guest registration, including emergency contact details.

Checkout Policy:

    • Standard Checkout Time: Guests are requested to check out by 11:00 AM.
    • Late Checkout: Late checkout requests are subject to availability. Please inquire at the front desk.
    • Luggage Storage: If guests need to store luggage after checkout, we can arrange secure storage.
    • Settlement of Bills: Guests should settle any outstanding bills (additional services, minibar, etc.) during checkout.
    • Return of Room Keys: Guests must return room keys/cards to the front desk upon checkout.

Additional Notes:

    • Smoking Policy: Our property is smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
    • Pet Policy: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises.
    • Quiet Hours: We request guests to maintain a peaceful environment during quiet hours (usually from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
    • Lost and Found: If guests leave any belongings behind, we’ll keep them safe for retrieval.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Periods:

    • Guests can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. If canceled within 72 hours of check-in, the first night’s stay will be charged.

Cancellation Process:

    • Guests should notify us of any cancellations via email or phone.
    • We’ll confirm the cancellation and provide a cancellation reference number.

No-Show Policy:

    • If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice (no-show), the full reservation amount will be charged.

Early Departure:

    • If a guest decides to check out earlier than the reserved dates, the remaining nights will be charged as per the cancellation policy.

Group Bookings:

    • Group reservations (more than 5 rooms) have a separate cancellation policy. Please inquire for details.

Force Majeure:

    • In exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we may waive cancellation fees. Documentation may be required.

Refunds:

    • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 90 business days.

Modification:

    • Guests can modify their reservation dates subject to availability and rate changes.

Special Events:

    • During peak seasons or special events, different cancellation policies may apply. Guests will be informed during booking.

Additional Notes:

    • We recommend guests consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

    • We kindly request guests to maintain a peaceful environment during quiet hours, which typically run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This ensures a restful stay for everyone.

Smoking Policy:

    • Our property is smoke-free indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please respect this policy for the comfort of all guests.

Pet Policy:

    • Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Lost and Found:

    • If you accidentally leave any belongings behind, don’t worry! We’ll keep them safe for you to retrieve. Just let our front desk know.

Guest Behavior:

    • We expect all guests to treat fellow guests, staff, and the property with respect and courtesy. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction.

Visitors:

    • Visitors are welcome but must be registered at the front desk. For security reasons, we ask that visitors leave the property by 10:00 PM.

Damages and Charges:

    • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, missing items, or repairs.

Security:

    • For your safety, please lock your room when leaving and use the safety deposit box provided for valuable items. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

Emergency Procedures:

    • Familiarize yourself with emergency exits, fire evacuation routes, and assembly points. In case of emergency, follow staff instructions promptly.

Environmental Consciousness:

    • Help us conserve resources by turning off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when not in use. Let’s be eco-friendly together!
